<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrace tunnel having resistance to both of internal and external water pressures, with reduced construction cost. <P>SOLUTION: A headrace tunnel is provided with a lining body comprising: a segment lining body 40 formed from a plurality of segment pieces 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, and 10e connected in the circumferential and tunnel axial directions along the inside of the excavated inner wall surface 11 of the natural ground formed by a tunnel excavator; and a high strength fiber sheet 12 lying between the segment lining body 40 and the excavated inner wall surface 11, which is impregnated with resin adhesive to be hardened for integration into the segment lining body 40 and the excavated inner wall surface 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
