<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter blade which is easily attached to or detached from a tape without injuring fingertips and can also prevent fingertips or clothes from being injured or damaged when carried around in a pocket etc. <P>SOLUTION: A tape cutter blade 1 is attached on a tape wound body 7 formed by winding a tape 5 in layers around the outer of a hollow core 6 so that the tape 5 can be drawn out and cut with a cutting blade 2. The tape cutter blade 1 has a cutter body 3 with a cutting blade 2 along one side, and a pair of leg parts 4, 4 is attached on the tape wound body 7.
