<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material which has high wear resistance and flexibility while maintaining a high antifouling performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the sheet material, an antifouling layer is formed on a surface of a body material including a base material and a resin layer. In the sheet material, the antifouling layer comprises a two-component curable type fluorine-containing resin generated by the reaction of an alkyl-silicone-containing fluororesin comprising fluoroolefin, an acrylate monomer, alkyl silicone, a hydroxyl group containing monomer, and unsaturated carboxylic acid, and at least two kinds of polyisocyanate having different kinds of isocyanate as a component, and the two kinds of polyisocyanate are the polyisocyanate obtained from alicyclic diisocyanate and the polyisocyanate obtained from aliphatic diisocyanate.
