<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce user operation and workload when a user corresponding to a recipient prints a document registered for a specific recipient. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal device 3 causes any of image forming devices 1 to store print data with a designated receiving condition. When user authentication is successful in response to a user authentication request from an image forming device 1 (hereinafter referred to as a log-in device 1) to which a user has logged in, a server device 4 transmits a log-in notification indicating a user ID of the user and identification information of the log-in device 1 to a plurality of image forming devices 1. Each of the image forming devices 1 transmits print data to be received by a person of the user ID indicated by the log-in notification and satisfying the receiving condition to an image forming device 1 corresponding to the identification information indicated by the log-in notification.
