<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent in-vehicle equipment from being operated to an unexpected state to bring a feeling of strangeness, for example, when sunbeams shining through branches of trees are applied to a mark. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging means CA takes images of the marks M1-M7 and a driver's hand H in a vehicle interior, and a determination means C1 determines that the marks M1-M7 are concealed by the driver's hand H, on the basis of imaging data output from the imaging means CA. In this case, an operation command means C2 outputs an operation command to the in-vehicle equipment. Even when the sunbeams shining through the branches of the trees and the like are applied to the plurality of mark M1-M7, the mark M1 for outputting the operation command to start an operation of the in-vehicle equipment and the mark M5 for outputting the urgent operation command are not misidentified as the marks concealed by the driver's hand, when the sunbeams shining through the branches of the trees are not applied to the marks for a longer period of time than to the other marks.
