<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication with a thin client server by switching to a communication function of an external terminal without performing any specific operation after booting an OS provided in the external terminal on a computer device. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 11 comprising a modem, a USB interface, and a short-range wireless communication interface transmits an OS to a computer device through the USB interface and transmits/receives communication data to/from the computer device through the short-range wireless communication interface. The computer device 12 comprising RAM in which the OS is expanded, a USB interface, and a short-range wireless interface transfers the OS stored in the terminal device to the RAM if the terminal device connected through the USB interface is functioning as an external memory for storing the OS, and performs data communication through the short-range wireless interface after the transfer process of the OS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
