<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises during operations of a vehicle sensor without causing the escalation of the price of a seat belt retractor. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle sensor 1 is mounted in a sensor storage chamber 4 of a case 3. In the case 3, a lever stopper 42 is integrally formed. The lever stopper 42 butts against a claw 8 of a sensor lever 7 to inhibit the rotation of the sensor lever 7 and prevent the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7 from excessively biting in between teeth 6 and 6 of a gear 5, when a sensor weight 11 of the vehicle sensor 1 pushes up the sensor lever 7. In the lever stopper 42, an elastically-deformable piece 48, which abuts on the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7 to absorb an impact at a collision with the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7 by elastic deformation, and a load bearing surface, which inhibits the deformation of the elastically-deformable piece by abutting on the elastically-deformable piece 48 elastically deformed by the claw 8 of the sensor lever 7, are integrally formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
