<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing cost in an intake duct. <P>SOLUTION: A hot air jet device 45 is provided in a duct body 41. As the hot air jet device 45, a jet header 52 disposed in a direction intersecting with the direction that fluid circulating in the duct body 41 flows, a plurality of horizontal nozzle blades 53 connected to the jet header 52, a plurality of jet nozzles 54 disposed above and below the horizontal nozzle blades 53, and an air supply pipe 55 connected to the jet header 52 are provided.
