<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module that exerts predetermined performance for a long term, is stably usable, has light weight and high mechanical strength and can be reduced in cost, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery module is provided with a surface protection layer at the surface side of a solar battery sub module through a first adhesive filled layer containing ionomer resin, and a back surface protection layer at the back surface side of the solar battery sub module through a second adhesive filled layer. In the solar battery sub module, a light absorption layer of CIGS film is formed on a substrate having an aluminum anodic oxide film formed on the surface of a metal sheet. The back surface protection layer has at least a support plate out of a back sheet and the support plate. The support plate is formed of an aluminum plate, aluminum ally plate or galvalume steel plate which has a thickness of 0.1 to 1.0 mm. The surface protection layer is formed of glass having a thickness of 0.6 to 1.5 mm. The flexural stress of the solar battery module is equal to 100 MPa or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
