摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a light and low-cost thin-film solar cell module with high mechanical and impact strengths of a surface protection layer. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar cell module comprises: a step of laminating and arranging an adhesive filling material, a water vapor barrier film, a first adhesive filling layer, and a plastic sheet which serves as a surface protection layer on a surface side of a solar cell submodule and then laminating and arranging a second adhesive filling layer and a rear surface protection layer on a rear side of the solar cell submodule; and a step of vacuum-laminating the solar cell module with a plurality of layers being laminated and arranged. The method also comprises: a step of performing heat treatment before arranging the plastic sheet which serves as the surface protection layer; a step of corona-treating a surface of the side which is in contact with the first adhesive filling layer; and a step of applying a primer to a corona-treated surface of the plastic sheet.
