PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store a battery on a revolving frame while reinforcing the revolving frame.

SOLUTION: A revolving frame 16 is provided in an electrically-driven shovel 1 having an electric motor 18 driven by a battery 24 and includes a base plate 62, plural section plates for equipment installation 63 and a section plate for battery storage 64. The plural section plates for equipment installation 63 are fixed on the base plate 62 and forms plural installation areas for mounting each piece of vehicle equipment on the base plate 62. The section plate for battery storage 64 is fixed on the base plate 62 and forms areas for storing the plural batteries 24 inside it.
