<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for preparing a plurality of types of microarrays of soft material. <P>SOLUTION: The technique includes: a step for evaporating a polyparaxylylene resin of a first layer on a substrate, forming a first micro pattern on the polyparaxylylene resin, introducing a solution containing first soft material to obtain a substrate, and then, obtaining a substrate by freeze drying the first soft material; a step for evaporating a polyparaxylylene resin of a second layer on the substrate subjected to the microarray of the freeze dried first soft material, forming a second micro pattern at a place different from that of the first micro pattern by penetrating the polyparaxylylene resins of the first and second layers, introducing a solution containing second soft material, and forming a second microarray on the substrate; and a step for pulling off the first and second polyparaxylylene resins, and forming microarrays of the first and second soft material on the same substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
