<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission performance in multi-hop communication. <P>SOLUTION: After establishing a session between with a second communication device 20, a first communication device 10 measures time in which data transmission and reception are not performed with the second communication device 20. Before the session is time-out and disconnected, the first communication device 10 transmits to the second communication device 20 a session maintenance signal 1200 which is a signal to automatically maintain the session. The session maintenance signal 1200 is a command, such as a PING command, to confirm the soundness of a communication path between the first communication device 10 and the second communication device 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
