<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which houses various electronic elements and has a practicable shape, in particular, which is economical and deals with harsh temperature changes. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a container 10 is formed by a dielectric material, and an internal electrode 21 connecting with an electronic element 30 in the container 10 is electrically connected with an external electrode 22 connecting with a circuit in the exterior of the container 10 through the dielectric material. The container is composed of a frame body part 13 forming a housing space of the electronic element 30 and a front surface plate 11 and a rear surface plate 12 which respectively close front and rear portions of the frame body part 13. The rear surface plate 12 is formed by a dielectric material, and the internal electrode 21 and the external electrode 22 are provided inside and outside of the rear surface plate 12 so as to face each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
