摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser diode unit for laser processing which can easily and accurately match optical axes of the two laser diodes for the laser processing with each other, and which has a simple structure and facilitates the laser processing. <P>SOLUTION: A laser diode unit 9 respectively outputs output light from two laser diodes 9a and 9b through a polarization beam splitter 19 in an identical direction in a manner that allows the output light from one laser diode 9a to transmit the polarization beam splitter 19 and allows the output light from the other laser diode 9b to penetrate a wavelength plate 40 and to be reflected on the polarization beam splitter 19. The wavelength plate 40 is arranged so that an inclination angle thereof is adjustable from a position orthogonal to an optical axis of the output light from the other laser diode 9b and thereby enabling an incident point of the output light penetrating the wavelength plate 40 on an output reference surface of the unit 9 to be moved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
