<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin type retainer, a rolling device, and a roller bearing, being easy to be assembled without requiring a welding facility, without torque growing excessively, and without occurrence of excessive wear. <P>SOLUTION: An annular first nut 54 is fixed by screwing to the inner peripheral surface side of a second annular part 52. A second nut 55 positioned outside in axial direction of the first nut 54 is fixed by screwing to a second male screw part 85 of a pin 53. The first nut 54 is pressed inward along an axial direction by the second nut 55, so that the first nut 54 is pressed against a second step part 84 of the pin 53.
