<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label material of micro labels and a fabrication method thereof which prevents parts of micro labels 8 from convexly rising due to die-cutting processing along cuts 31 to be able to stably perform transportation and printing processing of the label material of which the normal waste removal processing is difficult. <P>SOLUTION: The fabrication method is based on the finding that micro labels 8 are prevented from convexly rising, by forming cuts 31 around the micro labels 8 and unused regions 32 adjacent to the micro labels 8. Cuts 31 include breadthwise cuts 31A and lengthwise cuts 31B, and the unused regions 32 are demarcated by the breadthwise cuts 31A so as to alternate with and be adjacent to the micro labels 8, and the micro labels 8 and the unused regions 32 can be separated from both end parts 33 in the breadthwise direction of the label material because of the lengthwise cuts 31B, and auxiliary cuts 34 are formed in the unused regions 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
