<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device enabling appropriate viewing of each genre of reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic device includes: a reception part 12, a control device 13 connected to the reception part 12; and first, second, and third sound output terminals 14, 15, and 16 connected to the control device 13. Further, the control device 13 includes a genre identification part 17 for identifying a reproduction genre using a signal from the reception part 12; and a control part 18 for controlling connection of the reception part 12 to the first, second, and third sound output terminals 14, 15, and 16.
