<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print prescribed characters included in business form data while keeping confidentiality. <P>SOLUTION: A business form preparation system 100 comprises: a character string transposition processing part 106 for performing transposition processing of a character string using a transposition key 103; a character string restoration processing part 110 for performing restoration processing of the character string using the transposition key 103; a business form data preparation part 107 for preparing source business form data having a source character string, preparing a transposed character string by transposing the source character string that the source business form data has using the character string transposition processing part 106, preparing transposed business form data 105 for which the source character string that the source business form data has is replaced with the transposed character string, and storing it in a spool area 104; and a printer control part 108 for restoring the source character string from the transposed character string that the transposed business form data 105 stored in the spool area 104 has using the character string restoration processing part 110, and preparing and outputting restored business form data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
