<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element with an anti-reflection film, in which the occurrence of cracks is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing the optical element with an anti-reflection film, where an inorganic intermediate layer and the anti-reflection film are formed on a resin lens. The optical element can be subjected to reflow treatment, and the inorganic intermediate layer is formed between the resin lens and the anti-reflection film, and a ratio of a coverage area X of the inorganic intermediate layer to a coverage area Y of the anti-reflection film satisfies 0.7≤X/Y<1, and the inorganic intermediate layer is constituted of a discontinuous film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
