<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column assembly and a fluid processing column that achieve sampling by layers by enabling the column to be divided into a plurality, and its characteristic measuring method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a column assembly 1 which is constituted by separably coupling a plurality of unit columns 2 in series, and filled with a filler 10 inside, an end member 8 having a flow port 8a for fluid being detachably mounted on both ends of the end member 8. There is provided the fluid processing column obtained by filling the column assembly 1 with the filler 10. After the fluid is made to flow through the fluid processing column, the unit columns 2 are separated from each other, and the fillers 10 in the unit columns are analyzed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
