<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp knitting machine and a method for manufacturing a fabric, capable of suppressing damage of a weft yarn caused by a weft yarn guide to improve product quality. <P>SOLUTION: The warp knitting machine for knitting a fabric 2 by constraining a weft yarn 1 by a warp yarn 4 while folding the weft yarn 1 by reciprocating a weft yarn guide body 3c, comprises a tilting mechanism 19 for, when at a folded end of the weft yarn 1, passing the weft yarn guide body 3c through a front side of a warp yarn needle 8 arranged in the folded end and then moving the body toward a back of the warp yarn needle 8 in synchronization with a swing operation of a warp yarn guide 9, tilting the weft yarn guide body 3c so that a lower portion of the body is positioned on a front side thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
