<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a tap closing seal part in close contact with a bathtub to conceal the fastened flange of a drain port, eliminate the need for site mounting work for an opening/closing unit holding part, and then inhibit a water stop failure resulting from the excessive fastening of the fastened flange. <P>SOLUTION: This bathtub draining device comprises fastening amount restricting means 7 for restricting the maximum fastening amount of a fastened flange 4. In the state that the fastened flange 4 is fastened to a maximum while its maximum fastening amount is restricted by the fastening amount restricting means 7, a tap closing seal part 62 is configured to be peripherally close contact with a bathtub 2.
