<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece transfer device with a simple configuration, in which the order of workpieces mounted on a jig when transferred to a sub conveyor after the end of a plating process is not different from the order of the workpieces when mounted on the jig first. <P>SOLUTION: A rail 6 is provided at an upper part between a plating process line 1 for intermittently circulating and transferring many hangers 3, 3 including two hooks 2, 2 and performing the plating process and a sub conveyor 4 of a single line for intermittently circulating and transferring many hooks 5, 5, and a reciprocating workpiece transfer device body 7 is supported on the rail 6. A first carrier 16 which moves in a front-back direction and a second carrier 23 which moves in a left-right direction are provided on a lifting frame 9 of the workpiece transfer device body 7, and jig receivers 20, 20 and 27, 27 are provided on the lower part of the first carrier 16 and the second carrier 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
