摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of wirings between communication devices 10 and 20 while also increasing the electric power supplied from the communication device 10 to the communication device 20. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication system is designed to perform communication between communication devices 10 and 20 through wire. Between the communication devices 10 and 20 is connected only a single wiring 30 for performing communication between the communication devices 10 and 20. The communication device 10 includes a carrier generation circuit 11 which generates a power carrier signal, so that a power carrier signal output from the carrier generation circuit 11 is sent to the communication device 20 through the wiring 30.
