<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device for outputting the degree of reliability of a service provider for a user in accordance with the temporal change of the category of service used by the user. <P>SOLUTION: An acquisition part acquires history fragment data specifying a user, a category of service used by the user, and date/time of using the service (S3). A history storage part stores history data including a history of which an element is information included in the history fragment data acquired by the acquisition part (S4). A pattern storage part stores pattern data including plural patterns of changes in a degree of reliability corresponding to the temporal change of a category of service. An output part outputs (S10) output information in accordance with the degree of reliability of a service provider for a user, the degree determined (S6) by using a pattern corresponding to the history of the user, where the aforementioned pattern is one of the plural patterns included in the pattern data stored in the pattern storage part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
