PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the plate life of stable printing by way of heating and discharging the solvent that is absorbed to a silicon blanket in each case at the printing.

SOLUTION: A blanket provided with a metal plate layer for the lower layer of the silicone rubber layer of a silicon blanket 15 is made. The solvent in the resin (ink) absorbed into the rubber is released by way of making the metal plate generate heat by projecting magnetic force lines from the surface and heating the rubber layer efficiently.
