<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of simply performing mounting work and attaining high heat radiation, and a mounting fixture for the lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device includes a light-emitting section, a ring-shaped section, and a stopper. The light-emitting section includes a case, electric components arranged inside the case and containing a semiconductor light-emitting device, and a heat conductive layer, wherein the heat generated by the electric components is conveyed, mounted on one end of the case. The ring-shaped section surrounds at least a part of the case in the vicinity of an axis in a direction facing from the electric components to the heat conductive layer, and can rotate around the axis in the vicinity of at least a part of the case. The stopper comes in contact with the case and the ring-shaped section along the axis, and limits changes of relative locations to the case along the axis of the ring-shaped section so as not to make the case pulled out from the ring-shaped section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
