<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle, which can obtain deceleration effect corresponding to the surrounding situations, by controlling regeneration of an electric motor without requiring particular handling of a driver. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle has a capacitor, and the electric motor 105 driven by at least power supplied from the capacitor, and can travel by at least power output from the electric motor.
