METHOD OF PREPARING AND CONCENTRATION THE PTFE DISPERSION

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a PTEE aqueous dispersion of modified fluorine is provided to reduce energy cost and to have simple production process by concentrating water dispersion of modified fluorine compound comprising PTFE which is manufactured to low concentration. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a PTEE aqueous dispersion of modified fluorine comprises a step of manufacturing a PTFE of low concentration-containing aqueous dispersion of modified fluorine compound through an emulsion polymerization by putting gaseous monomers to a continuous phase; a step of removing paraffin wax in upper side by cooling a reaction product; a step of absorbing and removing water by dipping or contacting the highly-absorbable polymer into the reaction product; a step of separating the highly-absorbable polymer from the reaction product; and a step of obtaining a PTFE of high concentration-containing aqueous dispersion of modified fluorine compound repeating the third and fourth steps.
