PURPOSE: A micro-porous microfilter membrane manufacturing method using a metallic ion complex is provided to easily adjust the sizes of pores in an upper layer and a lower layer and to improve the asymmetric of a microfilter membrane. CONSTITUTION: A micro-porous microfilter membrane manufacturing method using a metallic ion complex includes the following: a polymer resin forming microfilter media, a polar aprotic organic solvent, a hydrophilic polymer additive, an organic acid phase-change coagulation catalyst, and a metal ion complex to form a casting solution; the casting solution is casted on a supporting layer; the casted supporting layer is immersed with a non-solvent in a coagulation bath to solidify the polymer resin; the solidified polymer resin is rinsed with water in a rinsing bath to be removed from the supporting layer; and excessive water is removed from the polymer resin, and the polymer resin is dried.
