PURPOSE: A small geodetic surveying device for measuring road features using a GPS is provided to obtain mobility and to perform an accurate measurement in a state that the horizontality of a measuring device is always maintained. CONSTITUTION: A small geodetic surveying device for measuring road features using a GPS is composed of a measuring device and a controlling unit. The measuring device comprises a lower case(100), a glass cover(200), and a measuring unit(300). The lower case comprises a tilt sensor and four cylinders being controlled by a value of the tilt sensor are installed in a circumference portion of the tilt sensor at an equal interval. Cylinder rods of the cylinders are moved and up and down, thereby maintaining the horizontality of the measuring device. The measuring unit comprises a rotary plate(310). A circular guide groove in which the cylinder rods are inserted is formed on a bottom surface of the rotary plate and an azimuth sensor is formed in an one side of the rotary plate. A telescopic camera(330) is shaft-joined to brackets(311,311') formed in both sides of the rotary plate to be rotated and a laser measuring device(340) is formed in one side of the telescopic camera.
