<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of switching to a self-supporting operation of power during a power failure. <P>SOLUTION: A power self-supporting operation control system 100 for the time of a power failure comprises: a power failure level notification device 20 including a power failure level detection part 22 for detecting a power failure level and a power failure level transmission part 21 for transmitting power failure level information; and an operation controller 10 of power including a power failure level reception part 12 for receiving the power failure level information, a data storage part 13 storing load device information of a load part 30 which consumes power, a power generation part 40 for performing private power generation, a power storage part 50 for storing power, and a control part 11 for determining the supply amount of the power to the load part 30 and priority on the basis of the power failure level information and power demand information and executing operation control to the respective parts 30, 40 and 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
