<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swallowing movement measurement device which is easily miniaturized and made light in weight and is easy to handle. <P>SOLUTION: A swallowing movement measurement device 2 is for measuring movements of a pharyngeal region when swallowing a medicine or food or drink, and includes a mounting part 5 to be mounted so as to cover a neck region of a subject and a capacitance sensor 4 provided in the mounting part to be brought into contact with a surface of either thyroid cartilage or sternomastoid muscle peripheral part of the subject when the mounting part is mounted. The swallowing movement measurement device 2 is provided with a signal amplifier 7 for inputting, amplifying and outputting signals from the capacitance sensor, and the signal amplifier is provided with a low-pass filter 6 for processing the signals outputted from the capacitance sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
