PURPOSE: An emotion recognizing device using a face temperature, an emotion recognizing method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to accurately recognize the emotional condition of an object by revising face surface temperature data of the object based on environment temperature data. CONSTITUTION: An obtaining unit(100) obtains object information of an object(10) reacting to stimulation or back ground information of the object. A control unit(200) outputs a signal controlling the obtaining unit based on the object information. An emotional recognizing unit(300) recognizes emotions by extracting necessary data for the emotion recognition of the object from the object or back ground information. The control unit obtains movement information of the object by setting a tracing area according to movements of the object.
