<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable priority display numbers to be properly imparted to each section of an online manual. <P>SOLUTION: A patient DB 30 stores plural patient IDs and patient information (insurance numbers and public expense numbers) input into components regarding each patient, associating them with each other, and from the patient DB 30, patient information on the plural patients is extracted, and the distribution of the extracted patient information is calculated.
