<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card which can stably perform writing operation at high-speed. <P>SOLUTION: A memory card comprises: a CRC status output circuit 13 for transmitting a CRC status for data received from the exterior as a reply; a CRC status output control register 16 storing a value which indicates output timing for transmitting the CRC status as a reply and can be changed from the exterior after being stored; and an output control circuit for controlling the output timing of the CRC status based on the value stored in the CRC status output control register 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
