<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device capable of being flexibly accommodated to elimination/integration and new addition of parameters and a change in a standard. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory device includes: a memory cell array having a plurality of memory cells; an internal circuit having a function necessary for storing operation of the memory cell array; a parameter storage section for storing predetermined parameters for regulating the operation of the internal circuit in which a storage site is specified by a parameter address; a command register for storing a command for specifying the operation of the internal circuit; and a conversion circuit for sharing at least one of the parameter address and the command which are different among products or standards, in the internal circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
