<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an ambulance crew to easily determine the order of priority of emergency rescue. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor includes disaster data store means which acquires and stores first data including injury level information and first positional information showing the positions of plural first user terminal devices with positioning functions from the first user terminal devices and data output means which acquires each of first data from the disaster data store means and outputs them for each of injury levels included in the first data and in descending order of injury level, at a predetermined time interval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
