<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of molding a thermosetting plastic with which equipment cost can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method of molding the thermosetting plastic is provided with: (1) a step of supplying an unmelted thermosetting plastic material 90 into a pot 15 of a material supply block 10 and melting the plastic material 90 in the pot 15; (2) a step of closing a material supply port 16 continuing to the pot 15; (3) a step of pressing a movable mold 40 having a cavity 45 to the material supply block 10, compressing a molten plastic 91 melted in the pot 15 to extrude from a filling passage 18 of the material supply block 10 and to fill into the cavity 45 of the movable mold 40 and heating and curing the molten plastic 91 filled in the cavity 45; and (4) a step of separating the movable mold 40 from the material supply block 10 and taking out a plastic product cured in the cavity 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
