<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel capable of reducing thickness and lowering a cost, and an electronic device including it. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel T comprises: a first transparent film 100a including a first surface 111a having first and second areas 111a1 and 111a2; a second transparent film 100b including a first surface 101b facing the first surface of the first transparent film 100a and a second surface 102b on the back side of the first surface 101b; a plurality of first transparent electrodes 200a provided in the first area 111a1 of the first surface 111a of the first transparent film 100a; a plurality of second transparent electrodes 200b provided on the first surface 101b of the second transparent film 100b and crossing the first transparent electrodes 200a in terms of planar positions; and a decorative part 400 provided in the second area 111a2 of the first surface 111a of the first transparent film 100a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
