<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel for which a connection structure with a wiring part for taking out signals to the outside is improved. <P>SOLUTION: As flow control means of an anisotropic conductive adhesive, in a cable distal end part 4T of an FPC cable 4, escape area parts 10a and 10b are provided between respective conductive patterns 4P. In the escape area parts 10a and 10b, a base film 4b is notched in a rectangular groove shape.
