LIGHTING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lighting device equipped with a light source with directivity at a rear-face side of a light-emitting face to uniformly emit light on nearly a whole area of the light-emitting face.

SOLUTION: A dot pattern (a light-scattering part) is formed which makes part of scattered light emitted from a surface side of a light guide plate 13 and scatters part of light propagated in an in-face direction inside the light guide plate 13 so that a degree of scattering in a first region is to be smaller than that in a second region where a light guide volume is smaller than in the first region, out of regions in an in-face direction in the light guide plate 13.
