<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and input device which allows normal display and input operations without inverted display in any use state. <P>SOLUTION: In the display and input device with which a display panel having a touch panel installed on a display unit is turnably mounted on a body part, a use state sensor provided on the display panel detects that the display panel is turned to switch from a first use state being a normal use state to a second use state where the display unit is vertically inverted, and also can detect that the display panel is switched to the second use state without turning. When the use state sensor detects that the display panel is in the second use state, an auto-flip mechanism outputs an instruction to invert a scan direction of display data on the display unit from a normal scan state to a reverse scan state and outputs an instruction to change a coordinate origin of the touch panel to a diagonal position on the display unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
