<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent protection circuit correctly performing overcurrent protection by suppressing an influence of a voltage fluctuation, even when an operation guarantee range of an input power voltage is large. <P>SOLUTION: A support substrate 10 includes a first semiconductor layer 11 and a second semiconductor layer 12 in a manner to sandwich an insulator layer 13. A field plate resistance film 20 is formed on the first semiconductor layer 11 through an insulator film 14. A variable current source IS modifies an output current value, according to the voltage of a node N1 produced on the field plate resistance film 20 (field plate resistors R1 and R2) formed along the insulator film 14 from a gate electrode 19 to a drain electrode 17, so as to correct a detection voltage V2 of a sense resistor Rs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
