<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material feeding cassette capable of exhibiting both a function for the tip position alignment of a recording material in the operation of accommodating the recording material and a separating function for feeding operation. <P>SOLUTION: The recording material feeding cassette 3 that can be detachably attached to a recording device body 2 includes an inner wall 45 that can take a first attitude 47 facing the tip of the recording material to be fed and coming into contact with the tip of the recording material to be accommodated and a second attitude 49 more inclining to a recording material feeding direction than the first attitude and making a predetermined inclined angle with respect to the bottom face of the recording material feeding cassette and a switching mechanism 51 for switching the first attitude and the second attitude of the inner wall by an operation for attachment to or detachment from the recording device body. The switching mechanism includes a slider 61 that moves from the first position 67 where the first attitude of the inner wall 45 is held to the second position 69 where the inner wall is caused to transition to the second attitude when the switching mechanism is attached to the recording device body and further moves from the second position to the first position at the time of removal from the recording device body, a cam 81, and a cam follower 83. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
