<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape for electronic components in which the electronic components can be easily inserted. <P>SOLUTION: The tape 1 for electronic components has component holes 2 for press-fitting and accommodating electronic components 4 having a rectangular cross-section at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction. Each component hole 2 has four abutting edges 5 abutting on each side of the electronic component 4 in plan view.
