<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction agitation processing method for hardly generating the defect of a joining part by reducing load to a friction agitation tool. <P>SOLUTION: A filler 5 is filled in a beveling 4 provided between a first joining material 1 and a second joining material 2, and a pin 6 of the friction agitation processing tool 8 is inserted in the filler.
