PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for outputting examination or advice in real time on the basis of activity quantity and a blood sugar level.

SOLUTION: A computation section 30 of a measuring device includes: a first input section 301 for accepting a measurement value input from an activity quantity measuring section 10; a second input section 302 for accepting a measurement value input from a blood sugar level measuring section 20; and a recommendable activity quantity computing section 103 for using a first blood sugar level computed from the measurement value by the blood sugar measuring section 20 and a coefficient value representing the amount of change in blood sugar level per unit activity quantity to calculate an estimated value of the activity quantity required for a process where the first blood sugar level becomes a predetermined target blood sugar level.
