<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal-transfer laminate film, a thermal-transfer sheet, and an image forming device provided with the same, which easily peel an untransferable release layer off an image protective layer. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal-transfer laminate film 10 includes a base material film 11, an untransferable release layer 12, and an image protective layer 13. The untransferable release layer is provided on the base material film to include a first thermoplastic resin having a first I/O value.
